Perimeter

Perimeter is a zone on Tau Ceti IV, and part of the New Cascadia colony. It was apparently a site for colony expansion and terraplatforming efforts. Its Twin Relays suggest heavy data collection and transmission. It was a hotspot for Runner activity in 2893.
