The Overrun AR is an assault rifle in Marathon (2026).
Gameplay[edit]
Inexpensive and common, the Overrun AR comes stock with a 25-round magazine, chambered in Light Rounds. Its high rate of fire and good ADS accuracy makes it an effective means of dispatching UESC Recruits and hostile Runners, however its relatively low damage of 14.7 on a Precision hit means it will consume more ammo than most weapons, which when combined with its unmodified magazine can make it difficult to quickly dispatch stronger UESC forces on its own.
The Overrun AR can be equipped with Chip, Assault Optic, Assault Magazine, and Rifle Grip mods.
Acquiring[edit]
The Overrun AR is available in the Armory from CyberAcme. No conditions need to be met to purchase it.
A Standard Overrun AR without mods can be purchased for 100 Credits, and has a base sell price of 50 Credits. This can be purchased an unlimited amount of times.
Inside a run, the Overrun AR can be found in loot containers, primarily Arms Lockers, as well as occasionally dropped by UESC Soldiers wielding it on death.
