The Twin Relays of Perimeter.
Relays were large towers utilized in the transmission and reception of complex data to and from a planet's surface. They were capable of broadcasting signals locally across a planet's surface, into orbit, or into deep space.[1]

Many relays were established in and around Perimeter, a zone on Tau Ceti IV. Most notably, North Relay and South Relay were built after the discovery of anomalous data, and later became hotspots for Runner activity.
