Neural Insulations can be found in the following locations:

• Perimeter
  • North Relay
  • Hauler
• Outpost
  • Flight Control
  • Dormitories
• Cryo Archive
  • Preservation

They can also be found in Lockdowns and in Superior or higher Locked Rooms.

Usage

In the Armory, Shell IDs can be used to purchase NuCaloric and Sekiguchi Genetics Upgrades and Barters

As with most items, it can also be converted into WEAVEworm Energy.
