Besides the captain, the command team included a Civilian Liaison Coordinator (CLC), Emergency Relief Coordinator (ERC) and Commanding Officer (CO) for the support unit. Both the support and security units included clones. Special operatives were included for signals intelligence (SIGINT), human intelligence (HUMINT), field engineers (FLDENG), and special operations (SPECOP).
