In Marathon, the Outpost Dormitories are the dilapidated, hazardous living quarters of the New Cascadia colony on Tau Ceti IV. The dormitories were originally for the civilians and engineers for the new colony, though later it was made unfit for paradise. The cloud seeding problem, they would control the Tau Ceti IV climate, but this would be Broken and cannot be relied on.
