The Hauler is a Region in Perimeter centered around an All-Terrain Expansion Unit. It is a mobile command center for the Data Wall. The Hauler was placed into the Zone by VTOL, as the surrounding area is too rocky to permit standard traversal.

Function
The Hauler was originally tasked with both deploying and supporting the Data Wall as the colony on Tau Ceti IV expanded. It would typically work in tandem with a central command facility, such as Station. When fully operational, it was capable of analyzing geological data as well as various figures from the Data Wall itself.

It was eventually transitioned away from colony expansion, instead assisting in analysis of the Anomaly.
